Scarlet Skills
Learning is a skill, and understanding the 3Ms can help you learn more effectively.
Scarlet Skills Faculty & Staff Resources
The Learning Centers have complied and will continue to build a variety of resources and strategies that you can use to incorporate mindset, metacognition, and memory in your classroom or programs.
Our colleagues at the University of Iowa first introduced the 3Ms framework and also have a fantastic bank of resources available for instructors as well as a bank of resources for staff.
Please connect with our Learning Centers team by emailing academiccoaches@echo.rutgers.edu to learn more about how you can incorporate the 3Ms into your teaching and programs. We look forward to partnering with you to help Rutgers students on their paths to success.
