Use Google Calendar to Keep Track of Meeting Times
- If your courses are using webex, you will receive a link to use for each of your meetings.
- Keep track of these links by making an event for each class, tutoring session, etc. and pasting the link under the event description to stay organized.
- Send reminders for each of these “events” to ensure you get to class on time.

Be Mindful of Online Etiquette
- Wear headphones, if possible, to limit feedback and eliminate outside noise.
- Mute yourself when not talking.
- Be in a well lit area if you are video-conferencing.
- Try to create a professional background for one-on-one meetings and limit other people from walking in and out of the space.
