Stress Management (Peer Leaders Only)

Peer leaders will discuss and practice strategies for managing academic and non-academic needs to reduce stress within their roles, as well as from the perspective of being a student. Peer leaders will acquire stress management techniques and resources that they can share with their students, and directly implement into their practice as peer educators.
