Elevate Learning Through Growth Mindset (Peer Leaders Only)

How students perceive themselves as learners affects their ability to learn. Join this workshop to explore students’ self-perceptions (and your own) around academic performance. We will talk about the power of mindset, the difference between a fixed and a growth mindset, and how your role as a peer leader can help students to begin to shift into more productive ideas about their potential. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to your Rutgers email at least 2 hours before the start time.
