Bridget Bardge
Department Administrator- Busch Learning Center
Bridget holds a master's degree in education with a concentration in curriculum and instruction from Louisiana State University, as well as a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Political Science from Kean University. She brings extensive experience in student success and workforce development to the Learning Center at Rutgers. Prior to joining Rutgers, Bridget worked as a Talent Development Instructor at the Hudson County One-Stop, Training & Employment Division in Jersey City, where she coordinated educational services and facilitated workforce readiness programs. In addition to her role at the Rutgers Learning Center, Bridget is the founder and owner of Career Coaching & Education Services in NJ, a consultancy agency, supporting individuals in their professional and academic growth.
