Observation Debrief (1st Observation)

Debrief for Learning Assistants observed Spring 2026. Before the meeting, the LAs filled out a reflection form. During the meeting, discussed what went during the observation, what did not go well, and what the learning assistant would like to work on. Each debrief is about 30 minutes long to 1 hour (most were around 30 minutes long). *If students have an additional observation and debrief; this is the first debrief.
