ACCESS ADHD Learning Centers & CAPS Group (Open to all students with ADHD)

Open to all RU undergraduate or graduate students with diagnosed/self-reported ADD/ADHD looking for an opportunity to grow and build community. Topics include time management, organization, shifting negative thoughts, support services at Rutgers, and more. Must be willing to commit to attending 8 weekly sessions from 3:30-5 pm Tuesdays from 9/29 - 11/17. You only need to register once for the initial date.
